  1. On campus /virtual master sessions guided by first-level professors, ensuring active participation through the development and discussion of cases. Individual and group exercises. Role plays and simulations: guest speakers and company visits.
  2. Assurance of learning through an entry and exit management profile evaluation for each participant focused on strategic thinking, leadership, and innovation. 
  3. There will be virtual sessions on marketing, finance, innovation, and supply chain during the development of the program. 
  4. In the initial module, group work will be on strategy, applied to a real business context of one of the participants, to achieve greater incorporation of the knowledge seen in class.

You will learn to:

  • Strengthen and update managers, executives, and entrepreneurs in the knowledge and skills required to meet organizations’ present and future challenges through a strategic and global vision. In conclusion, we help you to become a better manager.
  • Develop strategic thinking with an international perspective that allows you to make better managerial decisions, analyzing the context of Colombia and the world.
  • Incorporate the different dimensions of leadership to align work teams and achieve strategic objectives.
  • To understand how innovation becomes a fundamental axis to find first-level business solutions.
  • To discover the management skills required by the current market, which will allow greater success in their relationship, business, and organizational role.
  • Learn fundamentals in key concepts of marketing, finance, and logistics as strategic areas of the organization.
  • In addition, you will have the opportunity to interact with executives from different regions of the country and Latin America to enrich the conversations and experiences during the training development.

    • Situation Panel: an update on the national and international political, economic and business outlook.


  • Module 2 Management Skills 4.0 (48 hours)
    • Transformational Leadership.
    • Emotional Intelligence. 
    • Decision making in complex situations.
    • Negotiation of agreements. 
    • High impact public speaking. 
    • Digital Mindset.


  • Module 3 Technical knowledge for the achievement of strategic objectives (68 hours) 

Marketing

  • Strategic Marketing: evaluating the value proposition and understanding the new consumer.
  • Challenges and opportunities for brands in the digital environment.
  • Identifying opportunities in the international market.

Business Innovation Management 

Corporate Finance: key elements for financial decision making.

Supply Chain trends and challenges.

Closing of the program: (20 hours).
