Support Technologies

The University has a modern technological infrastructure through which it provides various technical support services to students, such as wireless Internet access from multiple points on campus, e-mail, laptop loans, and access to software agreements.

The campus has more than 300 microcomputers equipped with the necessary software tools to conduct consultations and prepare academic work. In addition, several schools have rooms equipped with specialized application software to support particular subjects.

SICUA PLUS extends the classroom through a virtual space for publishing reference material, managing correspondence, developing private and public forums, and virtual chat rooms where students and professors participate.

High-performance computing services for research are available for researchers (professors and students) who are starting or are in the process of their undergraduate and graduate work at the level of: thesis, projects, courses, or research; and who require high processing volumes of data and/or large or medium workloads.

Likewise, the University, through the Dean of Students, constantly schedules conferences, forums, exhibitions, and other academic and cultural activities with the participation of distinguished guests in the public and private sector drawn from the world of academia, politics, science, and art, both national and foreign.
