From 2019, he has retired from this position.<\/p>\n<p>He holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania (1986). He has been Visiting Professor at different universities such as the Stern School of Business at NYU and Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico de Monterrey (EGADE), among others.<\/p>\n<p>He was vice-president of the US consultancy company A.T. Kearney (1995 – 1998) and founder and director of a consultancy firm with broad experience in financial advice projects (1989-1995).
