How can such interactions be used as levers of organizational development? What are the positive pillars of great teams? What characterizes a positive workplace? He holds a PhD in Management from Tilburg University (1998) and has published more than 150 papers in international journals.<\/p>\n<p>He has served as a member of the International Editorial Board of the International Encyclopedia of Organizations Studies (Sage, 2008) and worked with several companies on leadership and change management processes.<\/p>\n<p>Two of his latest books are \u201cThe virtues of leadership\u201d (with Arm\u00e9nio Rego and Stewart Clegg, Oxford University Press, 2012) and is currently preparing \u201cPositive Organizational Behavior\u201d (Routledge).
