He holds a PhD in Management and Finance from Cleveland State University (1994) He has been State Secretary for Industry (1995-1997), president of the Center for International Competitiveness (1997-2005), and Minister of Labor, Family and Social Affairs in the Government of Slovenia (2000-2004).<\/p>\n<p>His research interests include organizational learning, leadership, competitiveness and knowledge management.
