My reason for enrolling in the Executive Education program in International Senior Management at the Universidad de los Andes was that I was looking to bring my knowledge of theories and strategies in business organizations up to date. This was for my own personal growth and to apply that knowledge to the daily demands of my profession so as to contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization.

I have not only fulfilled my goal but also benefitted from self-awareness, communication, and leadership exercises, which have made my application of the theories and strategies much more effective. It has also been enriching to hear everyone from the group share their personal and work experiences from all different areas. Personally, I was able to share the latest assembly experience at the Cementos San Marcos plant, and this sharing has led to lasting friendships.
