The Journal of Public Policy & Marketing published a study carried out by our faculty member Andrés Barrios and Christopher P. Blocker of Colorado State University, a study which examines the relationship of street vendors in Bogotá with their social environment and with the Government.

The article Street Vendors and Social Capital: Entrepreneurs in Subsistence Economies of the American Marketing Association also contains a referenceto this study.
