The program is designed to train professionals with a critical and analytical openness in accordance with the Latin American business reality in a global context. The objectives of the program are aligned with the mission of the School of Management that is: "Educate and train leaders through the appropriation and generation of knowledge for the innovative and sustainable development of organizations".

With the Master of Business Administration (MBA), students:

  • Acquire the basic and relevant knowledge of the functional areas of an organization, for its later application in real cases and projects
  • Develop skills in decision making and in the solution of business problems, starting from the analysis of the local and international environment, the appropriate formulation of questions and the critical confrontation of their thoughts

Dual-Program: agreement with the Masters in Finance and Masters in Marketing of Universidad de los Andes, for the recognition of credits, with the objective of facilitating that our graduates strengthen their profile in the financial or marketing area according to their interest*.

If you are a graduate of a program within our School of Management, these are the benefits for the admission process:

  • The value to be paid for registration corresponds to 50% of the current value. To apply the discount of 50% of the value in the registration, it is necessary to send an email to:, with the basic information of the applicant (identity document, complete name and program to which he aspires)
  • They must not present admission exam
  • To obtain these benefits you must meet the following requirements:
    • Have received a graduate degree from the School of Management up to 5 years before the start date of the program and cohort to which they aspire
    • Having obtained a weighted average equal to or greater than 3.75 in the graduate program at the School of Management

As an optional document, you could attach a recommendation letter completed by a graduate professor in the School of Management. It is important to note that you must complete the regular admission process of the program to which you are applying (except for the presentation of the admission exam). If you do not meet the aforementioned requirements, you must present as a regular applicant.
