Applicants

Applicants

Our candidates come from diverse backgrounds, but they all share the curiosity and expectation around financial management in organizations.  They envision their careers as strategists on managing financial and non-financial information in a international context.

To be admitted, it is necessary to meet two admission criteria:  Academic requirement and language requirement. Universidad de Los Andes does not interview candidates as part of its admissions process.

Academic requirement:

Students who have graduated from high school in Colombia must present their Prueba Saber 11° (ICFES State exam) scores. Given the structure of the Prueba Saber 11° there is no minimum score for enrollment. Registration does not guarantee admission to the University.

Students (Colombian and foreign) graduated abroad can enroll if they have high school diplomas or equivalent international tests accepted by the University (for more information, in Spanish, click here)

Language requirement:

Candidates to the undergraduate program in International Accounting must  meet basic English reading skills, this requisite can be validated through one of the following options

*  International language exams

*  Validations of international qualifications

*  A cutting point score obtained in the English component of the Prueba Saber 11° (ICFES State exam)
