On Tuesday July 4th, the last group of International Summer School courses from Universidad de los Andes School of Management will begin!

As of to date, a total of eight courses have been delivered this year during the month of June. Visiting faculty from the following Universities have visited the School: University of Melbourne, Copenhagen Business School, Budapest University of Technology and Economics, Cornell University, Universidad Adolfo Ibañez, ESCP Europe, Columbia Business School and University of Tilburg. 

Morning Course (9:00am to 12:00m):

  • Sustainable Urban Freight and City Logistics taught by Professor Miguel Jaller from Univeristy California Davis (USA).

Evening Courses (6:00pm to 9:00pm):

  • Real State Finance: Professor Jaime Sabal from ESADE Business School (Spain).
  • Family, Entrepreneurship and Society: Professor Kathleen Randerson from Audencia Business School (France).
  • Positive Leadership and Organization: Professor Miguel Pina e Cunha from NOVA School of Business and Economics (Portugal).

Undergraduate and graduate students from Uniandes and other international universities participate in these courses. The program offers students the possibility to learn from highly qualified faculty, being exposed to cutting edge learning methodologies, as well as practice and improve their English. These courses are taken as an elective during a two-week period (30-hours). The 2017 International Summer School is a great opportunity for Uniandes students to fulfill mandatory elective courses and choose from a unique array of courses featuring some of the top faculty in the world.
