Critical analysis of marketing strategies on mature fmcg (fast moving consumer goods) markets
The challenges that organizations are currently facing are completely different from those in the 70s’ and 80s’. Tackling fast changes and learning processes are the most challenging problems modern knowledge managers face. Today’s environment –global competition, ethical issues, fast advance in IT and employee demands for creative work and doors for personal and professional development– require entirely different responses from organizations. Patterns used in the past, don’t satisfy the guidance needs of today’s organization. The course will explore new concepts for managers to successfully manage a modern learning company.
