The challenges that organizations are facing today are completely different from those in the 70s' and 80s'. Tackling fast changes and learning processes are the most challenging problems modern knowledge managers face. Today's environment challenges – global competition, ethical issues, rapid advance in IT technologies, increasing employee demands for creative work and opportunities for personal and professional development – require different responses from organizations. Patterns used in the past, do not satisfy the needs of today's organizations. The course will explore new concepts in order to successfully manage a modern learning company.
