As a board member, are you clear about the purpose of your company or organization?
Does the board you belong to have purpose monitoring incorporated into the annual agenda? How are purpose, strategy, and value generation articulated?
As a leader, are you clear about your personal agenda with purpose, and how is it coherent with that of the board and the organization?
In this new version of the League of Directors, we will discuss different purposes and explore the importance of purposeful agendas in our organizations and their articulation with creating value. We will also share their alignment and experience in the board of directors and their coherence with the personal purposes of their leaders and members.
Our main challenge will be to develop this agenda at the three (3) levels and implement it throughout the year in two joint construction moments that we will develop in person at the Universidad de los Andes, Bogota, Colombia.
Topic 1: Climate change and energy transformation
Topic 2: How to build sustainable value along the supply chain
Topic 1: Redefining the culture and talent management for a new concept of value.
Topic 2: New Business Models, Profitability, and ESG (beyond shareholder value)
Those invited to participate in the meeting are active Directors of leading Latin American companies. Senior executives of these companies are also welcome, accompanied by at least one member of their Board of Directors, Board of Executive Officers, or Board of Directors.
Space for this private meeting is limited to 70 participants. The registration fee covers participation in the League of Directors meeting, all preparatory materials used during the meeting, and the certificate of attendance granted by Executive Education of the School of Management of the Universidad de los Andes.
