General Information

Faculty in this group conduct research in the areas of management, organizational theory and behaviour, ethics, and social responsibility. The purpose of the group is to study the organization as a space where management is developed. The organizations studied can be public, private, or belonging to the third sector.

Aside from studying the phenomenon of management, the group prioritises research on individual behaviours, group processes and the organization, as well as the relationships established between them and with other institutions in their environment.
