Last monday june 5th, the first group of courses from universidad de los andes school of management international summer school started!

In total 12 courses will be delivered during six weeks in June and July. Visiting faculty from the following Universities will visit the School: University of Melbourne, Copenhagen Business School, Budapest University of Technology and Economics, Cornell University, Universidad Adolfo Ibañez, ESCP Europe, Columbia Business School, University of Tilburg, ESADE, UC Davis, Audencia Business School and Nova School of Economics and Business. Morning Course (9:00am to 12:00m): Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the Creative Industries taught by Professor Joeri Mol from the University of Melbourne (Australia). Afternoon Courses (6:00pm to 9:00pm): Capitalism and Entrepreneurship in the Global Economy taught by Professor Christina Lubinski from Copenhagen Business School (Denmark). Corporate Sustainability and Climate Change – Challenges and Opportunities for Business taught by Professor Gyula Zilahy from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics (Hungary). Marketing and Management in the Food Industry taught by Professor Miguel Gómez from Cornell University (USA). Undergraduate and graduate students from Uniandes and other international universities (Audencia Business School, Hull University, Aston University, Mannheim University, Universidad de San Andrés and University of Exeter) participate in these course. The program offers students the possibility to learn from highly qualified faculty, being exposed to cutting edge learning methodologies, as well as practice and improve their English. These courses are taken as an elective during a two-week period (30-hours). The 2017 International Summer School is a great opportunity for Uniandes students to fulfill mandatory elective courses and choose from a unique array of courses featuring some of the top faculty in the world. You are very invited to participate in the next cycle, which will be delivered from June 20th to July 1st, including courses in the morning and afternoons, as well as some Saturdays in the morning.
