Students from Audencia Business School visited us.
During the summer break, while the majority of the University community is on vacation, a group of 20 students from Audencia Business School from France attends the International Summer School 2017. The students have the opportunity to take intensive courses in specific management areas such as Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the Creative Industries, Sustainable Urban Freight and City Logistics, Marketing and Management in the Food Industry or Capitalism and Entrepreneurship in the Global Economy.
Universidad de los Andes School of Management open its doors for summer academic activities every year to business schools around the world, reinforcing ties of cooperation and agreements. During the first day, June 5th, these visitors took a trip along the university facilities to recognize each corner of what it´s going to be their home for the next month and a half.
During their stay in the country, besides from the International Summer School courses, they will have diverse company visits Bimbo so they can have a practical perspective of the industry in our country. They will also attend to different conferences delivered by UASM Faculty, understanding the political, social and economic situation in Colombia. Likewise, in the introduction session, the students demonstrated their interest of visiting touristic landmarks in Bogotá as well as travelling to Cartagena, Medellín and Cali.
