The Master in Management Research (MIA) is aimed at young talents from different disciplines who want to deepen their research skills in the multidisciplinary field of management. The MIA is the proposal for Latin American students due to the high level and strength of the research of the School of Management. The program will also be open to those university professors who want to expand their research capabilities in a rigorous research program.
-Relevance: it is vital to generate a more egalitarian, innovative, and creative society; the country requires a productive and administrative apparatus with human resources trained to the highest level.
-Knowledge in research: strengthening research abilities in a multidisciplinary area of management becomes fundamental for generating knowledge and understanding the challenges, Threats, and opportunities currently presented to it.

The Master in Management Research (MIA) is aimed at professionals from different disciplines who want to deepen their research skills in the multidisciplinary field of management. Applicants must demonstrate academic excellence and motivation to learn and advance high-level research or consulting processes.
The Master´s alumni will gain distinct advantages: they will be able to formulate critical, pertinent, and relevant questions about the management of organizations. This allows them to contribute independently in generating focused and applied knowledge, assuming the ethical implications of their decisions.
