The EMBA alumni is an innovative leader who will take responsibility for transforming organizations and society through creating and appropriating management knowledge. They will create a global vision and make informed decisions in complex and uncertain environments. They will extend and manage internal and external networks to propel their organization into the future.
EMBA alumni are professionals with leadership and a global perspective, capable of developing competitive organizations within changing environments. This can occur in multinationals, national public, private, and third-party organizations, as well as in entrepreneurship projects. The School of Management of the Universidad de los Andes allows, through the recognition of credits already approved in the EMBA, students can pursue other postgraduate Master’s degrees or specializations in the School of Management. If you are interested in this option, you can request academic counseling after finishing the first semester of the EMBA.
