The Master in Development Management and Practice has a central axis: managing development challenges in the field, integrating in a practical and balanced way the training in management, natural sciences, and social sciences. It is an interdisciplinary program that trains managers and leaders of private, public, multilateral, and third-sector organizations who incorporate elements that generate collective change processes for the benefit of sustainable development into their decision-making. The internship, whether national or international, allows students to face challenges in implementing sustainable development in the field. Throughout their training process, through fieldwork, students are able to integrate the knowledge and skills acquired by supporting initiatives or projects led by different types of organizations and communities.
