What are the benefits of being a graduate of the Specialization in Market Intelligence program?

What is the duration and timetable?

The specialization lasts 12 months if you complete the program with the syllabus stipulated by us. The class schedule is a maximum of three (3) days a week, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and occasionally on Saturday.

Do you offer any scholarship or financing?

How do I pay for the program, semester, yearly, or in full?

The payment method is by period. For the specialization, it is made in five bimonthly periods of four credits each.

Is there a degree project or thesis?

No. Since this is an in-depth program, you only have to complete the courses.

What level of English is required?

The English requirement is an exit requirement but not an entry requirement for the program. The student must take a placement test with the University’s Language Department, and depending on the result, it will be verified if he/she meets the language requirement. If not, he/she must submit the results of an international exam or take Workshop 1 or 2.

Is there any internationalization opportunities?

We manage International Weeks: it is an optional course that can be taken as an elective. In recent years international weeks have been taken at Babson, LSE, and KLU. These weeks can change their location depending on the agreements that Universidad de los Andes makes with other universities. Elective courses can also be taken in different areas of knowledge with foreign professors at the International Summer School between June and July.
