Management
The Management and Public Policy area of the School of Management has carried out a review of its identity and lines of action within the policy framework that guides the operation of the areas. This reflection seeks to clearly identify the path to follow, given the formation of the Sustainability Area with former members of the same and the awareness of the challenges ahead.
The activities of this academic unit date back to the creation of the school. First, with teaching and research in business history, which has been carried out since 1974. Then, with the activities in the field of Public Management, which have been particularly dynamic since 2000. Later, with the creation of new programs, as will be seen below, and finally, in 2005, with the commencement of teaching, research, and editorial work in the environmental field, which has led to a consolidation of this field to the point of becoming a new area of work in the school.
