The area of organizations seeks to generate and disseminate knowledge about organizations, the behavior of individuals and groups within them, their interaction with multiple internal and external stakeholders, and their impact on society and the environment. The area is composed of a team of professors from multiple cultures and disciplines and aims to contribute to the sustainable development of organizations through teaching, research, and consulting.
