The only School of Management in Colombia with the Triple Accreditation recognition
Professor Sánchez has taught at some of the best business schools in Colombia. He has taught Organizational Behavior, Management Theories, Organizations, and Research Methodologies at the undergraduate level, and Advanced Organizational Theory, Strategy, Change Management, and Responsible Leadership at the graduate level. He has been a visiting professor at NYU’s Wagner School of Public Service and Quality Leadership University. He is a researcher of the human being and his behavior in the organization, not only because this represents a strategic aspect in organizational productivity, but mainly because he considers that it is an ethical and human duty to ensure the well-being of any individual in the organization. The qualitative and quantitative approach in his research reflects his interest in studying his main topics of interest analytically, critically, and functionally, which include leadership, trust, work-family interaction, resistance to change, and organizational justice. His research has been published in the Journal of Business Research, Leadership, Journal of Political Power, International Journal of Organizational Analysis, Journal of Quality and Service Sciences, Business and Society Review, and International Journal of Human Resources Development and Management, among other journals. He has written three books and several book chapters, the last published by Routledge Press. He is currently Associate Professor in the Organization Area of the School of Management at Universidad de los Andes.
