The only School of Management in Colombia with the Triple Accreditation recognition
Camilo Rojas Contreras is an Assistant Professor in the Marketing Area at the School of Management of Universidad de los Andes. He holds a PhD in Marketing from Université Grenoble Alpes (France). His research focuses on brand management, consumer behavior, and customer experience (CX), with an emphasis on cross-cultural analysis and the impact of artificial intelligence on marketing and consumer behavior. In recent years, he has taught Quantitative Methods in doctoral programs and marketing courses at the undergraduate level.
In addition to his academic career, he has worked as a Marketing Data Scientist and web developer in several countries, applying multivariate methods and machine learning techniques to support business decision-making. His recent research explores user experience with emerging technologies and their implications for brand management, including studies on conversational agents, anthropomorphism, and consumer–brand relationships across different cultural contexts.
His current work focuses on cultural consumption and the role of technology in market transformation. He is also particularly interested in the coffee industry and its positioning as a high-value product in Latin America.
