Fabián Ruiz holds a Master’s Degree in Administration with Cum Laude from the Universidad de los Andes, where he also studied Senior Management. He is a certified coach from the University of California – ADEN, a specialist in Marketing Management from the Universidad del Rosario, and certified in Customer Experience Management (ESIC – Spain).
Author of the books “Tu marca personal en acción” [Your personal brand in action] and “Experiencias que marcan tu diferencia” [Experiences that make your difference].
He has more than 30 years of experience in multinational companies and as an entrepreneur in the management of Marketing and Sales areas for South America and Germany. During his management tenure of more than 15 years, he participated as a coach and mentor for developing talent and new leaders. Likewise, he led different programs focused on customers and sales channels, such as Customer Experience Management, Channel Management Strategy, and Account Management.
In 2018, he received the recognition for “Mejor profesor de Marketing de Colombia” [Best Marketing Professor in Colombia], according to the votes made within the specialized community by the magazine P&M (Publicidad & Mercadeo), after which he was linked as a member of its Editorial Board. In addition to this, he also collaborates with other media.
