Oscar Naranjo Del Giudice is an Assistant Professor in the Marketing Area at the School of Management of Universidad de los Andes. He has more than eight years of experience in teaching, consulting, and research in services marketing. His research on transformative services and service design seeks to (re)design services that improve access, inclusion, recognition, and well-being for individuals and communities within service systems.
Oscar has led consulting and executive education programs for large, medium-sized, and small organizations in service design, market research, and the development of soft skills.
