Exchange program

The School of Management offers an exchange program for students who belong to educational institutions that have international agreements with the Universidad de los Andes. Below are some of the details and opportunities of this program:

  • Exchange for one academic period lasting three to six months
  • Academic program open to undergraduate and graduate students
  • Courses in English offered
  • Courses in Management offered in the following areas:
    • Sustainability, Strategy, Finance, Logistics, Organizations, and Marketing
  • Elective courses
  • Spanish Center
    • Spanish language learning courses
    • Writing Center
  • Direct interaction in undergraduate Management courses with students from other departments and areas of discipline
    • The Uniandes undergraduate dual degree program allows students from eight departments (Architecture and Design, Humanities, Sciences, Social Sciences, Law, Economics, Engineering, and Medicine) to take Management courses in order to pursue a second degree
  • Access to the entire Universidad de los Andes camp
    • 5 Libraries

    • 34 different athletic courses
    • 15 University sports teams for competitive and practice tournaments
    • Features a semi-Olympic pool, multiple-purpose arena, soccer field, climbing walls, recreational room, table tennis room, squash courts, billiard room, chess and board game area, dance studio, multi-purpose court, multi-purpose room, health center, cardio and strength training gym, terrace, and cafeteria
  • Wide variety of extracurricular activities
    • Social responsibility projects through student clubs, outreach courses, and other student activities
    • The School of Management student newspaper, El Reporter
    • Artistic and cultural activities such as the University choir, theater, storytelling, film, video, and exhibits
  • The opportunity to have an enriching cultural experience by living in Bogotá and learning about Colombia first hand

Students who wish to participate in the exchange program of the School of Management at the Universidad de los Andes must first be nominated by their educational institution. In addition to being nominated, students must apply by filling out the online form.
