If you are a professional in management, business administration, economics, or industrial engineering who aspires to lead multinational teams and drive change in your own country through a global network, the Master in International Management – CEMS at Uniandes is for you. This program is the ideal path if you have a solid academic background and feel ready to develop a global mindset and gain the skills and international connections to create impact wherever your career takes you. It is the perfect choice if you are proficient in English (C1) and looking for a cutting-edge education that allows you to interact with global corporate partners and the world’s top business schools, alongside a community of excellence and multicultural experiences designed to shape the global leaders today’s world needs.
The right time is now. You don’t need years of work experience to start. The CEMS MIM is a pre-experience master’s by design — created for recent graduates and early-career professionals, ideally within the first years after your bachelor’s. Rather than something you postpone until mid-career, it’s the platform that gives your professional path an international foundation from the very start: the earlier you build your global network and skill set, the longer they work in your favor — wherever your career takes you.
A truly global experience, rooted in Colombia. Study at the only CEMS member school in Colombia and one of Latin America’s leading business schools, while plugging into the full CEMS global network. Immerse yourself in a vibrant environment of biodiversity, innovation, and real social transformation, and learn to navigate complexity and lead change from a region where transformation is constant.
