Part-Time

The MBA alumni is a responsible, innovative leader with an international perspective who integrates different areas of knowledge in management and makes decisions that allow the generation of economic, social and environmental value for developing organisations in complex and dynamic environments.

Upon completion of the Part-time MBA, alumni will be able to:

• Understand aspects of his/her identity (e.g., personality, motives, purpose, values, and emotions) that influence his/her role as a leader and impact his/her spheres of influence.
• Create organizational synergies through the articulation of organizational (and industry) teams.
• Design strategies that promote innovative action in the organization in a responsible manner.
• Argue for proposed solutions to organizational and/or industry problems based on rigorous and objective analysis and evaluation of information.
• Analyze the environment, its sources of uncertainty and its dynamism from an ethical perspective for the sustainable development of the organization.
• Design alternatives to organizational and industrial problems that take into account environmental, social and economic impacts and manage them responsibly.
• Select the solution that best responds to the problems of the organization and the industry, based on sustainable criteria and with an ethical perspective.
• Communicate within the framework of the management discipline contemplating the audience (team, organization and industry).
